Q: How long it takes for my order to be delivered?

A: The delivery time frame can be between 3 and 5 weeks, depending on how large is your order, shipping destination, etc. Some products can also specify its delivery time frame on the description (usually at the top of the product page). Please read the "Orders and Shipping" section below for more details. Customs inspection can also delay the package delivery.

Q: What about import custom fees?

A: If you order from outside the EU, you might have to pay custom fees over the package upon its arrival. You should check this with your local authorities. Please be aware custom fees are not included in the product price nor in the shipping costs. 

Q: Do you give any warranty on your products?

A: Yes, there is six month of warranty. In case of failure the product must be returned to be examined. The warranty is void in case of modification or misuse of the product. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the buyer. After the warranty is void you can still send us the unit for repair. Usually we only charge for the shipping costs and the replacement components.

Q: Is there tech support for your products?

A: Yes, but we encourage customers to troubleshoot as much as they can before contact us. Check the "Tech Support" section below for more details.

Orders and Shipping

We work strictly on a "build to order" basis, meaning your hardware is actually built after we receive your order. It normally takes about 15 business days to have any order ready to ship out, but it can take more depending on how many orders we have on the line, how big your order is, etc.  Please be patient.


Orders are usually shipped by the end of the week, Friday or Saturday. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method, destination country. Usually 3 weeks within EU mainland, 5 weeks for the rest of the world.

At the moment we are only offering express shipping by DHL/UPS/Fedex.

Its really easy to submit an order. You just go over our shop, add the product you like to buy to the shopping cart and check-out. The payment is done through Paypal using your paypal credit or credit card. You will see an estimated shipping costs for your order at the cart page itself (you can click and change the country to re-calculate the shipping costs). The order will be shipped to the address set in your Paypal account.

We ship ONLY to the address provided on the Paypal receipt. Please make sure this address is accurate before you submit your order. Buyers using non-western alphabet (Japan, Russia, Korea, etc.) please translate your address!! Likewise, all email communications will be directed to the email address from the Paypal account the payment was sent from.

Returns and Refunds 

In order to get a replacement or refund defective units must first be returned. Once the item has been inspected and the failure verified, we will proceed to replace the unit or refund the payment. We do an unpacking and testing uncut video so you can see your actual unit is being tested. Items that have been damaged by careless/unadecuated use or modified by the buyer in any way will not be elegible for replace or refund of any kind.  

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, even if the unit is not defective, you can send it back for refund. Assuming the unit is in the same condition as you received it, you will get a full refund MINUS shipping costs and Paypal fees.

If you wish, it is possible to cancel your order before it is actually shipped (maybe you change your mind about the purchase or something). Please be aware that in this case you will get a full refund MINUS paypal fees (about 3%). The reason for this is Paypal keeps the transaction fee even if we cancel the sell.

In all cases, please drop us an email. We like to think we are reasonable people and can work things out.

Tech Support 

We are always happy to help but bare in mind we are a very small business and the time we can dedicate to tech support is quite limited. Before contacting us make sure you carefully read all the provided documentation for your device. We very much appreciate if you try to exhaust your possibilities of self-troubleshooting and investigation (perhaps through Google) before contacting us. If you dont find the solution on your own we will, of course, try our best to help you. Our support only covers the scope of how to use the hardware you bought from us. Questions like "I cannot run this or that game, can you help?" will most likely be ignored.
