FAQ

Q: How long it takes for my order to be delivered?

A: The delivery timeframe can be between 3 and 5 weeks, depending on how large is your order, shipping destination, etc. Please read the "Orders and Shipping" section below for more details. Customs inspection can also delay the package delivery.

Q: Where the shipping are coming from?

A: All orders are currently shipped from Barcelona, Spain.

Q: Do you give any warranty on your products?

A: Yes, there is six month of warranty. The product must be returned to be examined. The warranty is void in case of modification or misuse of the product. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the buyer. After the warranty is void you can still send us the unit for repair. Usually we only charge for the shipping costs and the replacement components.

Q: How preorder works?

A: Products marked with the "Preorder" label will specify the timeframe of delivery. Usually we allocate a limited amount of units for preorder. After those are gone the preorder period is over.

Q: Is there tech support for your products?

A: Yes, but we encourage customers to troubleshoot as much as they can before contact us. Check the "Tech Support" section below for more details.

Orders and Shipping

We strictly work on a "build to order" basis, meaning your hardware is actually built after we receive your order. It normally takes about 7 working days (weekends does not count) to have any order ready to ship out, but it can take more depending on how many orders we have on the line.  Please be patient! 

 

Orders are usually shipped by the end of the week, friday or saturday. After shipping you'll get an email confirmation with the tracking code and download links related to your order. Delivery time will depend on the destination country and local post service; usually 2-3 weeks within EU mainland, 3-5 weeks overseas.

Its really easy to submit an order. You just go over our shop, add the product you like to buy to the shopping cart and check-out. The payment is done through Paypal using your paypal credit or credit card. You will see an estimated shipping costs for your order at the cart page itself (you can click and change the country to re-calculate the shipping costs). The order will be shipped to the address set in your Paypal account.

We use regular post service for shipping. All shippings are signed-for (you have to sign on delivery) and have tracking code. The tracking code should work on most countries, nevertheless this depends on the destination postal service (If they scan and add the tracking information on their tracking data pool). It is possible to ship things by DHL but this is expensive (in some cases cost the same or more than the product you bought). If you like to ship by DHL contact us after your purchase.

We only ship to the address provided on the Paypal receipt. Please make sure this address is accurate before you submit your order. Buyers using non-western alphabet (Japan, Russia, etc) please translate your address!! Likewise, all email communications will be directed to the email address from the Paypal account the payment was sent from.

Tech Support 

We are always happy to help but bare in mind we are a very small business and the time we can dedicate to tech support is limited. Before contacting us make sure you carefully read all the provided documentation for your device. We very much appreciate if you try to exhaust your possibilities of self-troubleshooting and investigation before contacting us. If you dont find the solution on your own we will, of course, try our best to help you. Our support only covers the scope of how to use the hardware you bought from us. Questions like "I cannot run this or that game, can you help?" will most likely be ignored.
