FDC-600

The FDC-600 its a floppy dIsk controller for MSX computers. It allows to plug two standard PC floppy drives through a regular floppy ribbon cable. No modifications to the drives needed.

The FDC-600 allows the use of DD-DS 3.5" disk drives (360k or 720k each). It is compatible with the Gotek drive emulators (running HxC firmware) and also with 5.25" floppy drives.

Is compatible with MSX-DOS (requires at least 64k ram) and contains Disk BASIC v1.1 on ROM.

Attention: Floppy drives must support DD operation and must be externally powered

Attention, requires at least 64k RAM to load MSXDOS

 

In order to get a replacement or refund defective units must first be returned. Once the item has been inspected we will proceed to replace the unit or refund the payment. Items that have been damaged by careless/unadecuated use or modifyied by the buyer in any way will not be elegible for replace or refund of any kind.
